VILLA RULES
  1. 100% payment in advance is required to confirm a booking. No amendments or cancelations will be permitted once a booking is confirmed. The advance payment is non-refundable.
  2. An additional refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking. This refundable deposit will be returned within 48 hours after check out, provided that there is no damage to the property or its interiors. Cost of any damages will be deducted from the refundable deposit and the balance will be refunded to the guest. If the cost of damage exceeds the refundable deposit amount, the guest will be required to pay the additional amount within 48 hours.
  3. Check in time 2.30 p.m.
    Check out time 11.30 a.m.
  4. Only registered guests may use the villa and the facilities. Outside guests will not be permitted to enter the premises.
  5. If registered guests wish to invite anyone to visit them in the villa, prior permission needs to be taken from the villa management. If prior permission is not taken, entry into the villa premises will be denied.
  6. Villa guests are informed that they will be using the swimming pool at their own risk, as there is NO lifeguard on duty. Registered guests must be responsible for themselves and must assure the villa management that a responsible adult will monitor their children and friends at all times. The villa management shall not be responsible if anyone drowns in the swimming pool or for any injuries incurred on the premises. The guests agree to keep the villa management indemnified of any such incidents at all times. The pool depth is over 4.5 feet and the villa guests should be aware of the same. Children should supervised at ALL times and never left unattended.
  7. The villa guests should walk carefully in the villa and premises. If any guest slips and falls or gets injured due to any reason including for example, if the floors are wet because of cleaning , splashing from the pool or because of the rains the villa management will not be held responsible.
  8. Guests should keep their valuables under lock and key at all times. The villa management will not be held responsible for the loss of any articles or valuables.
  9. Villa management provides maximum 2 staff per rental. If guests wish to bring additional staff of their own, then prior approval needs to be taken from the villa management. If guests bring additional staff without approval, they will be denied entry into the villa premises by the management.
  10. The staff accompanying the guests are only permitted to use the staff toilets and staff bedding to sleep. Staff is not permitted to use the guest bedding and guest bathrooms in the villa.
  11. The villa staff timings are 8 am to 10 pm. The villa staff are given a break from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm daily.
  12. The villa staff will not clean guests' staff utensils, crockery and cutlery. Guest staff should clean up after themselves.
  13. Villa management can provide a cook at an additional cost.
  14. Due to the climate, being tropical there may be a presence of insects and mosquitos at certain times, Guests are requested to use insect repellents to avoid being bitten. On a rare occasion there may be snakes or scorpions sighted. Guests are requested to always be vigilant and watchful. Guests and their staff should be careful not to step on bushes in garden, especially after sunset. The villa management shall not be held responsible incase a guest or their staff is bitten by a snake or scorpion.
  15. No loud music to be played after 10 pm in the villa premises under any circumstances.
  16. Drugs are not permitted on the villa premises.
